Dragon Time

The first product I'm going to share with you is a blend specific to YL called Dragon Time.  This oil has saved me SO many times, as well as making it easier on my husband to be around me.
I laughed a little that they decided to name it Dragon Time because it's specifically made for women during 'that time of month'.  Yup.  Appropriate a little?

Dragon Time is composed of a mixture of Clary Sage, Lavender, Jasmine, Fennel, Marjoram, and Yarrow essential oils.
This blend relieves PMS symptoms and menstrual discomforts including cramping and irregular periods. It helps balance emotions, alleviating mood swings and headaches caused by hormonal imbalance. [from the: Essential Oils Desk Reference 5th addition.]

I was recommended this oil by an aunt of mine, also an employee at one of Young Living's oil farms- and I've adored it ever since.  I personally suffer from extremely painful periods- down flat in bed for up to 3 days at a time, vomiting was once a regular occurrence when Aunt Sally was visiting, unable to do much of anything except pray the pain will stop.  Pain meds didn't work- primarily because as soon as I take them I'd throw up.  I did go to my doctor who prescribed an anti-nausea medication as well as high dose of painkiller, which worked for a while, but I personally don't care for the 'drugged out' feeling.... and I'd find that I was pushing myself harder while not feeling the pain but when the drugs wore off I hurt even worse because I hadn't stopped the abuse on my body, just numbed it.

This oil has saved my life.  It works.  Any time I am in extreme discomfort, and sometimes even before things really start to hurt, I'll apply the oil directly to my lower abdomen and back, and within 20 minutes I am no longer considering dying as a feasible alternative.  I do have to caution though, this oil is a 'hot' one and will sting, so I recommend diluting 1 part essential oil to 1 part carrier oil.  Or you can go with the Dragon Time Massage Oil, or the Dragon Time Bath & Shower Gel.  I personally like the Dragon Time massage oil added to my bath because the carrier oil keeps my skin nice and moisturized even after a long soaking in the bath. **Be aware though, the massage oil does have coconut oil in it so if you have a sensitivity or allergy to that oil it wouldn't be a good route to go**

Please feel free to visit my website to order this wonderful product and here's to hoping you love this oil as much as I do!

  1. Hi, my wife has really bad cramping in her lower back and sides and lower abdomen. I have been using essential oils (starter kit) for months and have used many oils such as Thieves and Lavender (for our 1 year old) and Im thoroughly convinced these oils have kept us from getting sick. My main question that my wife is wondering which one of these products would probably be the quickest to relieve the pain? (massage oil, oil, or shower gel) in your opinion? Thanks
